Mother Shucker's Cocktail Sauce can be used in a variety of recipes. Below you will find a list of our favorites. Try your own recipes and share them on our Facebook page!

Original

Heat until it is a little warm. Serve with oysters, shrimp, scallops, crab legs, crawfish, and any shellfish you can find.

Traditional

Serve cool, from the refrigerator with any shellfish. Also great with pretzels, crackers, or chips!

Meatloaf

Mix 2 TBS with meat. Then pour sauce on top of meatloaf before baking.

Salsa

Mix with a variety of green, red, and yellow peppers, onions, corn, black beans, and garbanzos. Serve cold with chips or crackers.

Cream Cheese Spread

Layer cream cheese with salsa, thinly. Top with fresh crabmeat or shrimp, and serve as a spread with crackers. Great with or without the seafood.

Baked Chicken

Cook chicken and pull from bone. Use sauce to baste or as a dip for meat. Also great with a tenderloin!

Vegetable Soup/Chili

Add Mother Shucker Cocktail Sauce to taste in other soups and chilis. It is a great flavor enhancer!

Pork Ribs

Marinate ribs prior to grilling and then use the Mother Shucker Cocktail Sauce sauce as a basting ingredient.

Shrimp Remoulade

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Mother Shucker’s Cocktail Sauce
¼ cup onions
Green peppers, celery, chopped finely
½ tsp lemon juice
2tbs minced garlic
Chill overnight and serve with steamed shrimp

Mother Shucker's Bloody Mary Recipe

1 part vodka
1 part Mother Shucker’s Cocktail Sauce
Splash worchestershire
2 parts V8, Clamata Or Tomato with a Splash water
Garnish with lemon, serve in 16oz. glass, and ENJOY!

Mother Shucker's Barbecue Beef

3 lbs beef chuck roast
1 bottle Mother Shucker’s Cocktail Sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 chopped clove of garlic
1 diced onion
3 TBS liquid smoke flavoring
3 TBS worcestershire sauce
Slice chuck roast about 1″ thick cross wise; put into crock pot; then add rest of ingredients to crockpot;
cook on high for 1 hour; cook on low for 8 hours; Original recipe makes 4 to 6 servings!
